After you apply, expect to hear back within 48 hours. From there we can schedule your Strategy Session during which we can discuss your nutrition habits, lifestyle, goals, and I will take you through a Posture and Movement Screen to identify any imbalances that will affect your program. If we agree to work together, I design a complete fitness program with nutrition and lifestyle plans based around your goals.
