After you apply, expect to hear back within 48 hours. From there we can schedule a call for your FREE Strategy Session during which we can discuss the goals of your group and see if we might work well together. If we agree to work together, we schedule a group Posture, Movement, and Strength Screen to identify any imbalances that will affect your program. From there, I design a complete 4-week fitness program and a 4-week nutrition and lifestyle program based around the group goals.
