We partner with The Chattery to provide 2-3 class opportunities per month. Our goal is to educate you on what it takes to keep the human body healthy and pain-free. Each class has a specific focus so that we can provide an in-depth look at each topic as well as giving you a chance to practice the techniques we're teaching. All classes are geared toward helping people overcome chronic pain issues and improve movement, but are equally suited to participants wishing to improve their fitness and symmetry.
