We partner with The Chattery to provide 2-3 class opportunities per month. Our goal is to educate you on what it takes to keep the human body mobile, healthy, and pain-free.

Each class has a specific focus so that we can provide an in-depth look at each topic as well as giving you a chance to practice the techniques we're teaching. All classes are geared toward helping people overcome chronic pain issues and improve movement, but are equally suited to participants simply wishing to learn more about the human body.

Current Class Schedule

  • Beginner MFR: Self Massage for Pain Relief (Saturday, June 29): Join us to learn how caring for your fascia offers pain relief in a simple, effective, and completely natural way. Discover Myofascial Release (MFR)– the simple massage technique that will help you address the root cause of chronic joint pain while improving your posture, and energy levels.
  • How to Get Great Sleep (Monday, July 1): Discover the behaviors necessary to get deep, restorative sleep each night. We'll cover the physical, nutritional, and environmental components that lead to a great night's sleep. 
  • Posture Training for Pain Relief (Saturday, August 3): This 75-minute class will cover myofascial release techniques, standing posture, proper core engagement, and breathing techniques. We have designed this class to cover the fundamentals in a way that is easy to understand and can be applied in daily life.

Custom Private Classes

We are excited to introduce the option to customize your own private educational class. If you and a few friends wish to learn about Anti-inflammatory Nutrition, we can set you up with a private appointment. If a group of coworkers need to learn specific MFR (self-massage) techniques that apply to your profession, we can customize a class for your needs.
