We begin with an objective assessment of your posture, pain, and movement to guide the direction of each session.

SOFT TISSUE WORK

We implement techniques such as myofascial release, cupping, and infrared light therapy to hydrate the soft tissue and work through adhesions that are keeping the body stiff.

BREATHING MECHANICS

Learning to integrate proper breathing mechanics allows you to decompress the rib cage and spine while also increasing breathing volume.

POSTURAL INTEGRATION

OBJECTIVE REEVALUATION

Post-session, we re-evaluate our objective markers to assess whether or not positive changes were made. This keeps us honest about the effectiveness of the training.
