Are you tired of spending your time and money on physical therapies and chiropractors that seem to only offer short-term pain relief? Many of our clients found us because, like you, they knew there had to be a better way. You’re looking for a solution that doesn't just help you manage pain, but gives you lasting results by actually addressing pain at the root cause.

In this class, you’ll be introduced to Functional Patterns, the innovative approach we use at Primastrong that makes pain-free movement possible by building strength from within.

Frequently Asked Questions

Traditional physical therapy methods take an isolated approach to training the body, oftentimes utilizing generic, cookie-cutter exercises and single-joint movements. The method we employ (Functional Patterns) is an integrated approach that always considers the body as a system. As a result of this integrated approach, the structural changes we make on the body tend to last.

Balanced standing posture is the foundation of good health. Achieving symmetry in your posture (and movement) will prevent pain, increase movement efficiency, and prepare your body to lift objects or safely take on the impacts of life.

MFR should be very strategic in instances of extreme hypermobility or Ehlers-danlos syndrome, but we take that into consideration when designing this class.
