I offer various options for session duration based on your goals and your schedule. A typical session is 60 minutes, but I offer intensives as long as 3 hours.
Most local clients train with me in-person once or twice per week and may also supplement the in-person coaching with virtual coaching sessions. Monthly homework plans are also provided to keep you on track.
