PRIVATE COACHING

After completing your Introductory Assessment Session, you'll begin laying a solid foundation via 1-on-1 training sessions. During your sessions the main goal is to identify your faulty movement patterns that are causing you pain and to work on re-patterning your movement. This will result in a dramatic decrease in pain while improving movement efficiency, strength, posture, aesthetic and overall quality of life.

With personalized attention, we will utilize self massage techniques, Functional Patterns corrective exercise, IMAPs, and dynamic exercises to get you moving pain-free.

1 hour sessions: $135
2 hour sessions: $250

PRIVATE COACHING MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed every 4 weeks using an auto-debit system. Session cancellations or reschedules must be provided at least 24 hours ahead of time or the session will be forfeited.

SOFT TISSUE WORK

We begin sessions with techniques such as myofascial release, cupping, or infrared light therapy to hydrate the soft tissue and work through adhesions that are keeping the body stiff. This makes it easier to shift the body towards a more balanced baseline.

CORRECTIVE TECHNIQUES

Functional Patterns corrective exercises are a powerful tool for strengthening the body as a unit. These challenging movements will help you to integrate your entire body in a way that promotes lasting change.

DYNAMIC MOVEMENT

We use exercises that have you moving through space in a 3D fashion (like reality) instead of simply moving a barbell up and down. We use multi-plane, pendulum, and ballistic movements that will train your timing, coordination, and agility in contexts that apply to the physical demands of real life.

VIRTUAL COACHING

You can still receive quality 1-on-1 training and work toward eliminating your pain issues no matter where you live. You still get expert attention, with the added convenience for your schedule. Using Functional Patterns training techniques, you'll be able to decrease chronic pain and improve your movement capabilities.

Sessions take place using Zoom or Facetime. Only 60-minute sessions available.
